Define a real conversion
Start by describing an outcome the business can act upon: a relevant inquiry, a scheduled consultation or an eligible purchase. Separate those goals from clicks, impressions and form attempts that cannot be verified.
Map demand and search language
Group queries by commercial intent, geographic availability and the exact service offered. Review misleading search terms and negative keywords so a campaign is not shown to people expecting a different provider or product.
Make landing pages answer real questions
The destination should describe who provides the service, what is included, any relevant conditions and how to make contact. A page that only forwards the visitor elsewhere gives little information and can create policy concerns.
Check identity and permissions
Verify the advertiser, domain ownership, user access and the chain of service providers before launch. If an agency represents another company, document that relationship and present it accurately where needed.
Improve with evidence
Review search terms, lead quality, destination experience and policy notifications. Change the smallest number of variables needed to learn something meaningful rather than constantly rebuilding everything.
